The 90-Day Facial Rebalancing Plan: Why Great Skin Takes More Than One Treatment
What if we stopped chasing one wrinkle at a time?
At IVerdure Wellness, we look at the whole face: skin quality, collagen loss, facial structure, muscle movement, volume changes, pigmentation, and skin laxity.
That is the idea behind our 90-Day Facial Rebalancing Plan.
Instead of choosing a treatment from a menu, you begin with a personalized consultation. We talk about what bothers you, what you would like to change, your treatment history, your budget, and how much downtime you are comfortable with.
Then we build a plan.
Why 90 days?
Your skin is living tissue. It cannot rebuild itself overnight.
Collagen and elastin are proteins that help give skin strength, firmness, and flexibility. As we age, these support systems change. Sun exposure, hormones, weight changes, medications, lifestyle, and normal aging can all affect the face.
Treatments that stimulate new collagen start a biological process. That process continues long after you leave our office. Research on radiofrequency microneedling, for example, shows that collagen remodeling can continue for months after treatment.
That is why we think in terms of a treatment plan instead of a treatment appointment.
What happens during the 90 days?
Most Facial Rebalancing plans include approximately three treatment visits each month for three months. However, every plan is different.
Your plan may include treatments such as:
PRP microneedling
PRF injections
PDO threads
RF microneedling
Noninvasive RF skin tightening
Plasma-based treatments
Microdermabrasion
Laser facials
Neuromodulators, or “tox,” when appropriate
Other treatments selected for your skin and anatomy
We do not simply stack procedures together. Treatments need to be chosen and timed thoughtfully.
One visit may concentrate on skin texture. Another may stimulate deeper collagen. Another may address facial support or muscle movement.
The goal is for each step to support the next.
Why not just do everything at once?
Because more treatment does not automatically mean better treatment.
Skin needs time to respond and heal. Some treatments work well together. Others need to be separated.
We also want to see how your tissue responds.
Your face is not the same as someone else's face. Your treatment plan should not be either.
Your part matters, too.
We can perform excellent treatments, but what happens between appointments matters.
Sun protection, appropriate skincare, nutrition, hydration, avoiding smoking, following aftercare instructions, and keeping your scheduled treatments can all influence your progress.
Think of it like getting physically fit. One workout can make you feel good, but one workout does not rebuild your body.
Skin works much the same way.
The goal is not a different face.
Our goal is not to make you look artificial or erase every sign that you have lived.
We want healthier-looking skin, better balance, improved structure, and results that still look like you.
Your skin did not change overnight.
Rebuilding it takes time.
Ninety days gives us the opportunity to stop chasing individual problems and start creating a thoughtful plan for the whole face.
That is Facial Rebalancing.
